I'm a writer and editor for XDA-Developers.com where I've ideated and published over 200 gaming articles. We're talking listicles about legacy games and eras, features about new mods and developments in the industry, and full-length reviews for major AAA releases as they come along. I've made it a point to cover gaming, a medium I have loved all my life, in a way that connects with hardcore players, but also with casual readers who want to take more of an interest in games once they're done reading my articles.
Prior to this, I wrote for a very short while for MakeTechEasier.com, crafting Windows and iOS tutorials, buying guides for PC hardware, and gaming how-to pieces. At the same time, I worked as a creative director at SandboxRigs, a high-end PC-building business, where I shaped the brand's portfolio and lineup.
Before MakeTechEasier, I worked for 9 months at NVIDIA — a place I unexpectedly ended up in. I went from Prompt Engineer to Team Lead in a few months, eventually managing a 60-person team over several LLM-based in-house projects NVIDIA had going on. Sure, this wasn't journalism, per se, but it sharpened my leadership abilities, and, above all, my ability to listen to and pivot according to feedback.
My longest writing stint was with HotCars, when I shifted gears (pun intended) into automotive journalism, reaching millions of readers with stories and listicles on car culture. This was the first time I stepped into editorial responsibilities, which gave me a behind-the-scenes look at shaping content strategy.
