What was your first job as a journalist?

My first job is an internship that I have been doing since around June 2018 at The Mercury in Pottstown, PA.

What does it mean to be a journalist?

To be a journalist is to be the bearer of both good and bad news. However, you have the responsibility to overall be the bearer of the truth.

What's your favorite social network?

Instagram. It is the perfect balance of writing and photographs, in my opinion.

Why did you become a journalist?

I became a journalist because I wanted to provide ethical, truthful news to the world.

What story are you most proud of writing or working on?

I am most proud of an article I have written on mental health and the stigma around mental illness. It has not yet been published (1/22/2020)
