What was your first job as a journalist?

Worked as a sub-editor/reporter at a local English daily - Pakistan Today.

Have you ever used a typewriter?

I wish I still did.

What tools and software do you use to do your job?

Mostly its WordPress to update the website. Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager and others to manage the social media accounts.

What's your favorite social network?

Twitter, Instagram.

What advice can you offer to aspiring journalists?

Never stop finding stories and writing.

When's the best time to pitch you?

Mornings and Afternoon

When you're not at a computer, where are you most likely to be?

In my bed; sipping tea.

What's the most common misperception about your beat?

It's not actual journalism. It's just a hobby.
