A Byron Bay mansion owned by fashion designer Wayne Cooper and his wife Sarah Marsh is back on the market less than a year after the couple purchased the lavish estate. The five bedroom, six bathroom house is located on Manse Road in Myocum in the Northern Rivers region of NSW, a short drive from Byron Bay. The couple purchased the 10-acre oceanfront estate last March for $5,090,000 after the property was originally listed for $5.5 million.
