Dolores Huerta changed the world for the better, and she continues to leverage her power and authority – earned through hard work and persistence – to continue to try to change the world for the better. As a cofounder of the United Farm Workers in 1966 and creator of the rallying cry “Sí, se puede,” her inspiration is still part of chants among millions of people today. Huerta has never rested on her laurels, though.
