Chlad
Domů Knihy Chlad Přehled V odlehlé severní části státu New York leží uprostřed stařičkých lesů pod temnou, nehybnou hladinou Chilewaukeeské přehrady zatopené městečko.

@Chad U. Distressedpro is a great service that provides a ton of information on the thousands of banks that have NPN's. Laneguide is also a great tool to use that is a little cheaper but doesn't give you the reporting that DP does. Honestly as far as calling asset managers, most people don't do that. They go after the low hanging fruit from hedge funds and listing websites like FCI, Watermark, Note Depot, etc. They don't take the time to call and follow up and follow up and follow up.

Scott Carson, the pseudonym for New York Times bestselling author Michael Koryta, dedicates DEPARTURE 37 to three of my personal heroes: Dean Koontz, Richard Matheson and Rod Serling. Even if you have never read Carson’s work before, just knowing that you are stepping into a story inspired by these legendary figures should make you aware that you are about to read something special.

Lost Man's Lane | Bookreporter.com
Scott Carson is the pen name for legendary thriller writer Michael Koryta. I respect that Koryta’s love of horror is strong enough for him to write under a different name so that he receives the accolades he deserves for stepping out of his typical literary comfort zone. His latest novel, LOST MAN’S LANE, not only lives up to the hype but may be his best book to date. It reads like a superior work of literary fiction as it tells a coming-of-age tale set in Bloomington, Indiana, in 1999.

The Cold Vanish
The Cold Vanish Just the title had me intrigued. The families of the missing all endure a living nightmare. But the story of Jacob Gray, and the friendship that developed between the author and his father Randy Gray, was a hauntingly beautiful thread between the chapters. I found myself doing internet searches for most of the missing persons cases listed in the book. Some are very recent. Some are very perplexing. Some are downright freaky. As if the person was plucked from the planet.
A drowned town's ghosts won't stop bubbling up
Family issues, New York City history flow together in thriller Colette Bancroft, Tampa Bay Times March 12, 2020Updated: March 12, 2020 4:56 p.m. A century ago and more, the growing metropolis of New York City turned outward for its water supply. EPA Proposes Amendments to Obama-Era Emissions Rule
The proposed rule would increase carbon dioxide limits for certain coal-powered plants. In an effort to keep his 2016 campaign promise to revitalize the U.S. coal industry, President Donald J. Trump has directed his Administration to promote coal exports and reduce regulatory burdens on coal. Following this directive, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) proposed a rule in December that would reduce regulations on coal-generated electricity.
Want To Succeed? Try Keeping It Real
In the search for greatness and better connections with people, too many entrepreneurs leave their greatest asset at the door. “It’s nothing personal; it’s just business,” you may have found yourself saying at some point in your career. But the thing that many entrepreneurs fail to realize is that business is actually quite the opposite of impersonal. Visionaries never did go with the grain—until they entered the business world.
