Three Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) officers have been charged in separate cases for allegedly falsifying records that claimed people they had stopped were gang members. Cases were filed for a warrant Monday against Rene Braga, 40, Raul Uribe, 35, and Julio Garcia, 36, according to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.
