sean dalton’s Biography
I am a South African citizen presently residing in Cape Town, South Africa. I have worked in the Media industry for over 25 years. I started out at the Sunday Times as a features writer while also filing match reports. I Then worked as a Rugby Writer for the Cape Argus for many years focusing on the plight of underprivileged players'. I was also presenting Sport on a Community Station, Fine Music Radio prior to my appointment as Lunch Time Sportscaster for the South African Broadcasting Corporation at Good Hope FM. I also did LIve Broadcasts from Sporting Events which include Rugby World Cup '95 in South Africa, The World Cup of Golf in Stellenbosch, numerous Rugby and Football Internationals which featured South Africa and the Super Rugby Championships featuring regional teams' from Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. I then worked for a Radio News Network supplying all South African commercial radio stations as well as The BBC before I moved to Reuters TV as a Producer for over a decade before joining my partner in Her Business, 'Cake on Long", in Long Street, Cape Town. We then relocated to Phuket, Thailand where she taught English. WE then returned to South Africa.
