Have you ever used a typewriter?
Yes! When I was in elementary school I borrowed my mom's typewriter to write a short story.
What tools and software do you use to do your job?
ProWritingAid is one of the best programs I've ever used for my writing. It goes beyond grammar and is specific for professional writers.
What's your favorite social network?
Twitter because I can easily keep up with news articles, follow my favorite organizations, and network with famous people (shallow, I know!)
Did you work for your high school newspaper? If so, what did you do there?
No, but I did work as the editor of the school newsletter at the first college I went to before I transferred!
What's the best pitch you ever got?
An article for "Just Women: Magazine" on UrbanSpirit, a nonprofit organization I was hired as an intern at before I even got the pitch!
What's your favorite drink?
Apple cider. Hands down. Not even alcoholic. Just a glorified kids drink!
When you're not at a computer, where are you most likely to be?
Reading anywhere (I.e. backyard, kitchen table, my bed) and anything (I.e. physical books, ebooks, audiobooks).
