I forgot to mention they also provide coaching through your first 20 deals. I have joined a local REI group. They are a great bunch and have gave us solid advice. They have presented a couple of deals that, unfortunately, haven't worked out.
Oklahomas Data Center Invasion
Our state is under a sustained invasion by Big Tech to place their resource-devouring data centers on our land. “Invasion” is an accurate term to describe what is happening, as large corporations descend on Oklahoma to exploit our relatively cheap electricity, water, and gullible city councils who are cajoled into entering into murky agreements with faceless megacorps, and in the process selling out their community and surrounding population for…what, exactly?
Take the Computers Away from the Students and Return to Actual Education
On April 16, Welch Public Schools in Craig County released a statement informing parents and students that the district would be ending their “one laptop for each student” policy, beginning in the fall semester. Rather than taking their laptop with them wherever they go, students would no longer have an individual device assigned to them, and all laptops would remain in the classroom – only to be used when needed.
State Question 843 Would End Property Taxes for Homeowners
A new State Question has been filed, that if passed by Oklahoma voters, would eventually see property taxes for homeowners abolished in the state of Oklahoma. State Question 843 – filed on January 12 by state Sen. Shane Jett (R-Shawnee), Rep. Jay Steagall (R-Yukon), and former state Rep. Mike Reynolds (R-Oklahoma City) – would effect a statutory change that would reduce property taxes in three yearly stages, with their complete elimination by 2029 for homeowners who live in their homes.
Phony Republicans Are Selling out Oklahoma to the Green Agenda
Phony Republicans Are Selling out Oklahoma to the Green Agenda Without reliable elected leaders to oppose these disastrous boondoggles, this industry will run wild here. Oklahoma Republicans have held a legislative majority for 16 years, and have occupied the Governor’s mansion since 2011. You’d think that this level of red control of a state would mean the absence of the type of green agenda boondoggles pushed by President Joe Biden and his Green New Deal cronies in our state.
The Enactment of SB 269 Brings Oklahoma Closer to a Carbon Capture Nightmare
On May 20th, Gov. Kevin Stitt signed into law Senate Bill 269, authored by Rep. Ken Luttrell (R-Ponca City) and Sen. Dave Rader (R-Tulsa). The bill places regulatory control of carbon dioxide sequestration wells into the hands of the Oklahoma Corporation Commission, and it sets the stage for a carbon capture nightmare in this state.
REAL ID Is Our All-American Ankle Monitor
Why, two decades after its passage, is the REAL ID Act finally being enforced? Authored by the same man who wrote the liberty-destroying Patriot Act, passed into law amid the hysteria of the living nightmare that was the War on Terror, why has this relic of that hideous era not been scrapped years ago? We’ve gotten along just fine for twenty years without it, and it’s obvious after those two decades that there is no dire need of it.
Can Oklahoma Derail the Green Energy Onslaught?
For a state widely considered to be the “reddest” in the nation, we seem to have a very “green” problem with renewable energy investment here. As of January, Oklahoma is home to 5,527 active wind turbines, marring our horizon and land, and producing inconsistent power, while hideous and sprawling solar farms pop up around the state, removing thousands of open acres from productive use while uglifying it in the process.

California has already passed the housing reform it needs. Now it just needs to get better at using it
As the LA City Council – representing the most unaffordable city in America – prepares its ordinance to adopt SB-9 (a new California law that allows for the subdivision of single-family zoned lots), housing reform faces a familiar problem: A law in itself is worth no more than the paper it’s printed on. Its impact comes from implementation and execution, issues that local government actors have become quite skilled at undermining, in part because of lawmakers enabling them to do so.
Triumviratus: a premium hardcover fantasy comic (500 pages)
I'm thrilled to bring you my eighth and most eagerly anticipated graphic novel, Triumviratus, which will be published exclusively in deluxe hardcover format and launched right here on Kickstarter. Triumviratus is a 500 page fantasy graphic novel about three desperate people whose misadventures in love bring the world to its knees. Betrayal, destiny and strong character drama drive this deeply personal epic fantasy.
