Fall is most certainly one of my top two favorite seasons. My time living in the North East and Mid-Atlantic areas has made me appreciate all things autumnal. I love the weather, fashion, and the myriad fall specific activities. I can even appreciate pumpkin cake and pumpkin lattes, although I don’t take it too far. With my children back to school during the day the weekends are our family playtime.
It is almost time to celebrate National Read Across America Day on March 2nd, which encourages us to celebrate and promote reading. I love to read and this initiative is a great way to get excited and share our enthusiasm for reading with our children. Be sure to check out the bottom part of this article for my favorite book recommendations. Storytime in My Life I love books with a soulful passion.
