Lucknow: Chief secretary SP Goyal reviewed preparations for Census 2027 on Thursday and directed officials to carry out awareness campaigns to encourage self-enumeration. A special awareness drive will be conducted across the state from Oct 15 to Dec 15.The chief secretary said all officials involved in census work should be properly trained so that they do not face difficulties during field-level operations.
