What does it mean to be a journalist?
A journalist is someone who does not create news but reports it objectively to enhance and sustain lives.

I see it as a mark of honour and based on your discretion.
What tools and software do you use to do your job?
I use a simple BlackBerry 8520 phone

Why did you become a journalist?
To campaign for social justice without borders

I am an accidental writer. My writing was prompted by happenstance in July, 2013
What story are you most proud of writing or working on?
I write as inspired.
What advice can you offer to aspiring journalists?
Never aspire to be like another writer. You cannot be another writer. Be yourself. Carve your own niche

In retrospect, I should not have written three pieces

Political, humanitarian, developmental news stories
What's the most common misperception about your beat?
Some readers do not welcome hard-hitting pieces which are my forte and assume me an ethnic jingoist. A false premise. I am a nationalist
