Akastor ASA: Sale of "Skandi Peregrino" by DDW Offshore Akastor ASA's (OSE: AKAST) subsidiary DDW Offshore AS ("DDW Offshore") has entered into a binding agreement to sell "Skandi Peregrino" for a purchase price of USD 25 million, which today has become firm. The agreement is entered into on Saleform 2012 terms, suitably amended, and completion is conditional on charterer's consent.
Akastor ASA's (OSE: AKAST) subsidiary DDW Offshore AS ("DDW Offshore") has been awarded a 6-month extension of the existing contract with Petrofac for the vessel Skandi Emerald. The extension means that the contract term now is extended to 14 July 2025. This extension builds on previous agreements referenced in press releases dated 27 September 2022 and 30 January 2024.
