Feeding is a complex process involving sucking, chewing, swallowing and children with cerebral palsy often experience feeding and swallowing problems due to oro-motor impairment. This study aimed to assess feeding behaviour in Malayalam-speaking children with spastic CP using the BPFAS-Malayalam (Paul & Gupta,2026) and compare them with TD children. A total of 30 children aged 4-8 years with 15 children with spastic CP and 15 TD children from Kerala were included.
