Attention all Webster-Kirkwood real estate agents and brokers: Contained on the July 30, 2025, ballot are bylaw changes to be voted on to change the election of your association president and treasurer from being elected by all realtors of the various companies to being appointed by the board of directors of the St. Louis Association of Realtors. This effectively takes away your vote and gives the board total authority to appoint a president who reflects what they deem are proper qualifications.
