A lot of us are really concerned about the election right now, and wondering, “How do I help?” Most often that translates to “Where do I donate?” We assume that if we send money, it will be spent well right? Running for Congress twice taught me that the answer is probably “no.” As I show below, most of your money and time are not being used effectively to win elections. When the stakes are this high, we cannot afford to be doing it wrong. Money: I will use myself as an example to explain.
