Through stevecleverdon.com I cover paddleboarding, hiking, and wild camping across the UK, with a focus on the best spots the British outdoors has to offer, from Sussex rivers and coastline to wild corners further afield.

I took up stand-up paddleboarding in 2023 and quickly found it became the lens through which I explored the waterways and coastline on my doorstep and beyond. My hiking CV stretches across multiple continents — I hike the entire length of New Zealand, completed the GR20 in Corsica (Europe toughest trail), and logged thousands of miles on trails across Europe and beyond.
