Star Wars Comics Library. Vol. 1. 1977-1979 by Paul Duncan Out Now
Wonderful news for fans of the early Star Wars comics. The unlimited edition of Paul Duncan’s Star Wars Comics Library. Vol. 1. 1977-1979 is now available for order. In January 1976, as George Lucas prepared to shoot his new film, then titled The Star Wars, he asked Marvel Comics to publish a comic book for the film’s release. Marvel’s initial reluctance abated once they understood that Lucas was prepared to give the rights for free.

David Whiteley Announces His Third Star Wars Documentary
David Whiteley and the filmmakers that brought us The Galaxy Britain Built and Toy Empire are set to bring us a new documentary in December 2026. Elstree Strikes Back will go behind the scenes once more and the team have unearthed details of a previously uncredited manufacturer, including paperwork for the manufacture of parts for Darth Vader, Artoo-Detoo, See-Threepio and Boba Fett; including the original white Super Trooper costume.

Marvel Comics have revealed a first look inside the pages of the upcoming comic omni-series celebrating the 10th Anniversary of Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. The first issue, due out in June, focuses on Cassian Andor. With Benjamin Percy as writer and Luke Ross in charge of the artwork, we’re in for a real treat. Each issue of the series has different writer including; Ethan Sacks, Stephanie Phillips, Chris Condon and Marc Bernardin.

Gaming Review: Shatterpoint – Strategic Positions Mission Pack Review
Star Wars: Shatterpoint. There’s a bit of an elephant in the room at the moment with the game, namely Atomic Mass Games’ (AMG) announcement that they are turning the game into part of its ‘specialist’ range. After an outpouring by fans of the game, worrying that this was the end of the game, AMG clarified that it was not the end but a management of resources. Only time will tell if this is really the case, but I want to offer my opinion – and why I think this review is the place for it.
