Steve G. Smithwick is the President and CEO of Master Wall and Creative Wall Products, Inc., a company specializing in manufacturing and distributing engineered exterior wall systems. Steve’s career in the construction industry began at Southern Technical Institute (Kennesaw State University) in Marietta, GA. In 1987, he identified an opportunity to provide cost-effective siding products that could lower installation costs for commercial exteriors. Through Creative Wall Products, Steve offered architectural components that provided an economical alternative to traditional materials such as metal, wood, and stucco.
The success of Master Wall led Steve to launch Creative Wall Products, which offers engineered exterior wall systems that surpass traditional cladding systems. These systems are known for their energy efficiency, especially when combined with thermal and moisture protection components.
Steve’s leadership in the EIFS industry is highly respected. He served as Vice President of the EIFS Industry Member Association (EIMA) and was elected President of its Board of Directors in 2021 and 2023. His leadership continues to influence the development of energy-efficient, moisture-resistant wall systems.
