Steven Grattan is an independent journalist based in Bogotá, Colombia, since 2013. He is the co-founder of English language newspaper and website The Bogota Post, a project he worked on until 2015. He publishes on a regular basis for Reuters news agency and The Guardian’s Global Development section, among others.
