The maternal–fetal interface is an early hematopoietic niche enriched in distinct erythro-myeloid progenitors
Abstract Embryonic hematopoiesis is thought to occur exclusively in the extraembryonic yolk sac before hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) arise in the aorta–gonad–mesonephros region. Here we identify a previously unrecognized hematopoietic site at the maternal–fetal interface in mice, termed MIXER (Maternally Interfaced eXtraEmbRyonic) tissue, which develops contemporaneously with the yolk sac and exhibits robust hematopoietic activity.
A CD4-lineage erythro–myeloid progenitor within the adult bone marrow defines an alternative pathway for macrophage generation

Abstract Tissue-resident macrophages originate from distinct developmental sources, but their adult replenishment is thought to depend exclusively on circulating monocytes. Here we identify a previously unrecognized CD4-lineage erythro–myeloid progenitor (EMPROR) in the adult bone marrow that provides an alternative pathway for macrophage generation.

The objective of this study is to assess prevalence and odds ratios of known and theorized comorbidities with perinatal ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke.

The Good First is the gameplay, which you will need to build, interacting with guests, playing games, up-keeping the rollercoaster park, maintaining the theme park business. You can build roller coasters, race tracks, stalls, carnival rides and so much more. Not only you interact with guests (discuss about the park, hot topics, flirt), you can challenge them with the oh-my-god, so fun games. Topics you share with them (history, food, animals) may sound outdated though.

The Global Facility for Disaster Reduction and Recovery (GFDRR) releases the Risk Data Library Standard (RDLS), an open data standard to make it easier to publish, access, share, and use quality disaster and climate risk data. Why Emma Raducanu’s tennis career has imploded
Three weeks after winning the 2021 US Open to become a grand slam champion at the age of 18, Emma Raducanu should still have been on cloud nine when she arrived in the Californian desert to prepare for her first appearance at the prestigious Indian Wells Open. Such was her rapid rise to prominence that this tournament effectively marked the start of her career on the regular WTA Tour.

Novak Djokovic banned from entering US, what’s next for Australian Open champion?
The rest of men’s tennis will breathe a collective sigh of relief that Novak Djokovic cannot compete in the US Sunshine Swing, as it stands. Australian Open 2023: Andy Murray’s curious preparation
When Andy Murray broke down in tears and admitted that he was on the brink of retirement in 2019, no one sitting in the Melbourne Park press centre on that emotional day could have imagined that he would be still be turning up at the Australian Open four years later. His right hip was in such a state that he could barely tie his shoelaces, never mind run around a tennis court at speed for hours on end. The three-times grand-slam champion is in better spirits now.
Break Point Netflix tennis documentary review: Does it live up to the hype?
Wherever Nick Kyrgios has travelled over the past year, the Netflix cameras have followed closely. Coming across the Australian backstage at tournaments in 2022 often involved a quick sidestep to avoid being trampled by a large group of production staff dashing along behind him as if he were the Pied Piper. The results of which will finally be revealed to the wider public on Friday as the streaming giant’s new tennis documentary, unoriginally entitled Break Point, is released.
Emma Raducanu tennis news: Booming earnings unhurt, for now
Some of the world’s best-known brands will be among those keeping an eye on the latest Emma Raducanu injury scare before the Australian Open. Having invested a combined total of £15 million ($26.4m) a year in the 20-year-old Briton, her nine sponsors will be willing her to recover from an ankle sprain in time to compete on one of the biggest stages in tennis. Raducanu may be a lowly No.78 in the world rankings after an inconsistent 2022 but she remains one of the sport’s most marketable players.

Andy Murray plagued by cramp in Paris Masters defeat to Gilles Simon
The morning after his season had come to a disappointing end in the first round of the Paris Masters, Andy Murray had a question for his 3.5 million followers on Twitter: “What’s the best fitness tracking watch on the market?” It was an insight into the frustration still lingering from the night before, when he wasted the opportunity to serve out a straight-sets victory against France’s Gilles Simon and suffered a sudden physical slump.

Beaten Nick Kyrgios is finally going all-in on tennis
Smashing racquets is nothing new for Nick Kyrgios. It was his words in the US Open’s main press conference room in the early hours of yesterday (Wednesday) morning that showed how much he now cares about winning the sport’s biggest titles. “I honestly feel like shit,” the 27-year-old Australian said, after his five-set defeat by Karen Khachanov in the quarter-finals. “I feel like I’ve let so many people down. Under the lights on Arthur Ashe Stadium, Kyrgios had the excitable crowd of 23,000 in the palm of his hands.

Tiger Woods has been revealed as the unlikely inspiration behind the Serena Williams’ fairytale run at the US Open. The “fresh start” that Emma Raducanu claimed she was looking forward to at the end of her US Open title defence was not immediately apparent in the hours after her first-round defeat on Tuesday night. With the front of her cap pulled down almost over her eyes in the main press conference room at Flushing Meadows, she appeared utterly dejected to be heading home already. Time is a healer, of course, and she will soon be back on the practice court.

US Open tennis balls cause fury for Iga Swiatek and world’s top female players

Wimbledon final 2022: Nick Kyrgios vs Novak Djokovic feud then bromance

The new “bromance”, as Kyrgios described it on Friday, was evident when they crossed paths at the Aorangi Park practice facility yesterday (Saturday).
Wimbledon 2022, Cameron Norrie profile, coach, road to semi-final vs Djokovic
A first grand-slam semi-final, £535,000 of prize money and an upgrade from being referred to as a “chicken” to a “dog”. It really has been a life-changing fortnight for Cameron Norrie at Wimbledon. There may be more to come if he can somehow see off the 20-times grand-slam singles champion Novak Djokovic on Centre Court tomorrow, but he can be safe in the knowledge that he has already done enough here to go up in the esteem of his trusted Argentine coach, Facundo Lugones.

Afterwards, she issued a defiant response to those who believe that she is struggling to handle the weight of expectation after winning the US Open last year. “There’s no pressure,” Raducanu said. “Why is there any pressure? French Open: Nadal progresses to final as Zverev retired injured
Reaching a staggering 14th French Open final should have brought joy for Rafael Nadal.
