Background: Till recently, the most useful tools for the prediction of survival in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC) were ENS@T staging and Ki67% index. Unfortunately, these tools had limited accuracy because of the disease’s inherent heterogeneity with regards to outcome. Gladly, novel scoring systems integrating mENS@T staging, clinical and pathology data were developed recently and were proven to be associated with improved survival prediction.
