Interview
Have you ever used a typewriter?
I have not, but I have taken typing courses.
How is social media changing news?
Social media is changing news to be more about being seen first than being seen accurately or with all the information, which is a dangerous and harmful negative.
What's your favorite social network?
None, online social networking is a failed experiment.
Why did you become a journalist?
I chose to be a sports writer to transfer the energy from the screen and from the building onto the page for anyone to feel.
Aside from your own, what's your favorite publication to read?
I'm a fan of The Ringer, as well as any time Dan Le Batard writes. My professional inspirations are Le Batard, Bill Simmons, Bomani Jones, and sports commentator Nick Wright. People who can passionately get their points across in entertaining ways.
