Yes, I learned to type on a typewriter, which is why I tend to pound away on a keyboard. (I punish those keys!)

I will always read a well-formatted email pitch with an interesting subject line, short lede paragraph and bullet points.

What tools and software do you use to do your job?

Writing (Scrivener, Pages, Word, MindNode); Organization (Evernote, Notes, Things); Production (inDesign, Slack, Basecamp, Blinkplan.

When's the best time to pitch you?

Afternoons, mid-week.
