I'm a Business Reporter working for the Hindu BusinessLine, Delhi. I cover Technology, IT and Startup ecosystem for the publication. Being an IT engineer and a background of working for IT company for four years have come in handy as I cover IT and technology field. It puts the sources at ease in talking about the technology part of their project. As for me, I can write the story better with lot more information that I would probably have missed out.

Previously I worked for the same publication in Chennai, where I covered healthcare, technology, entertainment, publishing and real estate.

Apart from regular news stories I write the Hindu MetroPlus on world culinary culture occasionally. I write about food culture from the perspective of cultural and historical shift that made the food culture we see today. Japanese food culture, in specific, is of great interest to me.
