OC16.04: Learning curve for fetal postmortem ultrasound

Objectives To determine the learning curve of a fetal medicine specialist for postmortem ultrasound (PMUS). Methods This is a prospective study conducted in a tertiary centre for fetal medicine. PMUS was proposed to all parents who had fetal loss. Informed written consent was obtained in all cases. A trainee with 4-year experience in fetal ultrasound but no experience in PMUS and 2 experts with more than 5-year experience in PMUS performed PMUS on 50 unselected fetuses.
