Hi everyone! I’m Tai, a Humboldt County native who recently returned home after more than a decade in Portland, Oregon. I originally left Humboldt to attend school in Santa Barbara and then San Luis Obispo. While living in Portland, my work in commercial and multifamily real estate sparked a genuine passion for rental housing and real estate investing.
