Tal Rappleyea’s Biography

Real estate and municipal law expert Tal Rappleyea has been practicing law for over three decades. Tal was a member of the National Honor Society while attending the Windham-Ashland-Jewett Central School in Windham, New York. This society founded the best organization in the country to honor exceptional high school students for their leadership, service, academics, and moral integrity.

Throughout high school, Tal excelled as the vice president of his class and earned varsity honors in several school-sponsored sports. After receiving his high school diploma, Tal attended the State University of New York, Cortland. He majored in poly sci and minored in history. He subsequently got his Juris Doctorate at Hamline University School of Law in Saint Paul, Minnesota.

Tal Rappleyea supports the New York State Conference of Mayors and Municipal Authorities (NYCOM), which educates municipal leaders as community members. The Capital District Trial Attorneys Association also counts Tal among its members.
