Hootsuite, Feedly, Bufferapp, Facebook Insights & Power Editor, Google Analytics and AdWords, various email marketing tools and applications

What's your favorite social network?

Tough question: LI for B2B connections, Twitter for chatting & customer service, Facebook to connect with friends and share larger updates

What story are you most proud of writing or working on?

Email marketing series for The VA Magazine until it stopped being published
