I wanted to help tell the diversity of stories of Latino communities in the US

What story are you most proud of writing or working on?
My story about the 'pico y genero' policy at the beginning of the pandemic in Bogotá, Colombia
What advice can you offer to aspiring journalists?
Always ask questions of new people you meet. You never know where you'll find an interesting story

There is a misperception that if you cover Latinos, all you cover is immigration. There is so much more to tell
