What was your first job as a journalist?
I worked as a general assignment reporter for The Triangle Tribune, a community newspaper that covered Durham, Chapel Hill and Raleigh, N.C.
Have you ever used a typewriter?
No... never.
Who's your favorite fictional journalist?
Lois Lane, of course!
Did you work for your high school newspaper? If so, what did you do there?
Unfortunately, I didn't. I worked on my college newspaper. I went through the ranks and became the editor-in-chief my senior year.
