What was your first job as a journalist?
I guess the closest I came to being a sportscaster was calling a turtle race, live on the radio.

Telling stories and informing people.

nope. I was on the drama team!

when you are not shilling for a big corporation. We have a sales department for that.

Coffee - at this point it's more a workplace safety requirement
What's the most common misperception about your beat?
that everyone at the office is right wing conservative because that's what often comes out of the speakers
