Does a developer's politics affect your decision to buy their game?
Cliff Bleszinski has popped his head up above the parapet to claim that LawBreakers‘ politics and him being a “woke bro” caused the game to fail. It’s an odd statement, all things considered, but it also makes for a good Tell GR topic, so we’re not complaining. Does a developer’s personal politics affect your decision to buy their game? If so, why? And if not, why not? Leave your responses in the comments section below, and as always we’ll feature our favorite response in tomorrow’s Tell GR.

Regardless of how Resident Evil 8 turns out, Capcom has revitalized fan interest in the series over the past few years.

Is Sony skipping E3 2020 a mistake? | Tell GR
Sony is skipping E3 2020. Despite the company launching the PS5 this year, it’s looking to completely avoid the largest gaming expo in the US, with it instead bringing the console to multiple consumer shows. It’s a big move, as while it also missed E3 2019, it didn’t have its next-gen console to show off last year. It also means that the Xbox Series X will go uncontested at the expo, allowing Microsoft to easily steal the show in the process. So is Sony missing out on E3 2020 a mistake?

Which games console had the best logo ever? | Tell GR
The PS5 logo has been officially revealed, with many feeling underwhelmed by Sony’s “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” approach. Hideo Kojima is arguably the most talked-about developer working today. After talking so much about Kojima for these past two weeks or so, we want to know which game developer YOU most admire.
Tell GR | Would you watch a Hideo Kojima directed movie?
It’s no secret that Hideo Kojima is a big fan of movies. The guy loves films, and they’ve no doubt been a huge inspiration for the games that he has made. In fact, some might say that his games are often more movie than game, with lengthy cutscenes featuring in both Metal Gear Solid and now Death Stranding. In fact, the latter has a nearly two-hour-long ending sequence, which is longer than most films.

Death Stranding reviews made their way online last week, and the internet has got itself all worked up about some of the wildly different scores that have been published. What is the most evil thing you've ever done in a game? - GameRevolution
Video games allow us to do things that we simply wouldn’t do in real life. Whether that be hit green dinosaurs with blue shells while driving go-karts, rescuing princesses from giant pig-men, or running a criminal empire, we can live an alternate life in these worlds that wouldn’t be sustainable or moral in reality. Tell GR | Has a video game ever made you cry?
As an entertainment medium, video games haven’t preoccupied themselves with tugging on our heartstrings as much as the likes of movies and TV shows.
