Layering of Key User Extensibility and Developer Extensibility
With the introduction of Developer Extensibility (also S/4HANA Cloud ABAP Environment, Embedded Steampunk), the extensibility options in S/4HANA Cloud, public edition have been dramatically improved. Developer Extensibility refers to the new capabilities now embedded into the S/4HANA stack, allowing developers to develop tightly coupled on-stack extensions following the ABAP Cloud development model.

Reporting of the Medical Licensing Examination
To the Editor Dr Swails and colleagues1 argued that the current 3-digit scoring system for the United States Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE) is a broken metric for evaluating residency applicants. They suggested that a pass-fail licensing examination with “individual mission–based holistic criteria” would be more appropriate. I disagree with their suggestion for several reasons.

Extensibility covers a broad spectrum of topics that allows customers to adopt standard business software to their business needs, such as UI/forms/report layout adoption, custom fields, custom business objects and logic, etc. Customer extensibility in SAP S/4HANA Cloud (and SAP Marketing Cloud) is done in a Q environment and transported to the P environment.

We have been a sovereign community under three countries — Spain, France or the United States — for 233 years.
