I prefer to be pitched via email. Short and sweet, concise, and relevant to the topics I cover (wellness, relationships, fitness).
What advice can you offer to aspiring journalists?
The industry is rapidly changing and unpredictable, so be flexible, adaptable, and develop a versatile skill set!
When you're not at a computer, where are you most likely to be?
Wandering around a bookstore, trying a new group fitness class, or sitting a local café sipping iced oat matcha.
Aside from your own, what's your favorite publication to read?
Tough question! I love Marie Claire, Elle, Cosmopolitan, Women's Health, and any new fiction read.
