His‐MMDM: Multi‐Domain and Multi‐Omics Translation of Histopathological Images with Diffusion Models
1 Introduction Generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) in imagery has marked a groundbreaking advance in the field of artificial intelligence (AI), offering transformative capabilities across a wide range of applications. At the forefront, the state-of-the-art text-to-image models such as Stable Diffusion [1], Midjourney [2], and DALL-E 3 [3], transform text descriptions into vivid visual representations.

Spatiotemporally Targeted Polypeptide Nanoantidotes Improve Chemotherapy Tolerance of Cisplatin
Abstract Thanks to the presence of disulfide bonds, nanoantidotes capture cisplatin (CDDP) through highly stable Pt−S bonds to form a series of non-toxic mononuclear/dinuclear complexes centered on Pt atoms. The pre-enriched nanoantidotes accelerate the metabolism of CDDP from normal organs, reduce the side effects of chemotherapy, and improve the therapeutic window of the free drug. Abstract The toxicity of drugs causes various adverse effects in patients.
