Tim Dupell's dedication to providing effective mental healthcare and advocacy is rooted in his personal experiences with loved ones and family members who have experienced various mental health challenges. He understands that personalized care is essential to serving individuals and their families.
His career path led him from a CPA consultant specializing in healthcare and insurance with Ernst & Young to management accounting with HMO Oregon/Capital Health Care. During his six years with the company, Tim recognized areas where individuals needed to receive the necessary services.
Later on, Tim became the CFO of The Corvallis Clinic, where his expertise helped build financial sustainability and integrity. At the clinic, he formed lifelong bonds with individuals who shared his commitment to providing clients, customers, and employees with high respect, dignity, and appreciation.
However, after founding Family Help & Wellness, an organization that provides mental and behavioral health to youth nationwide, Tim found his calling in the mental health field. His priceless experience in finance, accounting, and risk management has been instrumental in guiding and supporting therapeutic leaders to establish cognitive and behavioral health programs for struggling families.
Tim continues to devote his career to supporting mental healthcare providers, advocating for personalized care and sustainable programs prioritizing long-term patient success and improved family outcomes.
