Timothy Haskin invests in value-added hospitality properties located in major metropolitan markets throughout the United States and Europe. He started working in real estate more than 35 years ago and founded Peninsula Real Estate LLC in 2006. He serves as President of the New York-based firm. At Peninsula Real Estate LLC Timothy Haskin leads an experienced team in acquiring, financing, developing, and asset managing all different types of real estate projects, particularly those with a heavy emphasis on hospitality.
New York City resident Timothy Haskin began his career in real estate with Chase Bank’s Real Estate Finance Group and then Citicorp Real Estate, Inc. Before the start of his professional career, he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University’s Edwin L. Cox School of Business. He also earned certificates in real estate and finance from SMU.
Timothy Haskin currently divides his time between work, professional development, and recreational interests. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and previously lectured on real estate and hospitality topics at the business schools of New York University and Columbia University in New York City. He spends his free time with his wife and two children playing golf, tennis and squash.
