Tina Deines is an Albuquerque-based writer specializing in nature, the environment, wildlife and conservation.
Her work has appeared in National Geographic News, Sierra, The Guardian, Pacific Standard, High Country News, Mongabay and more, and she is a regular contributor to The Cool Down.
