Add an option for no animations
To speed up CU & better UX = ability to turn animations ON/OFF. We really don't need them and animations are slowing down using the CU. For example, pressing S for search modal would be better to have no animations for better UX.

I'm often typing a / as part of a task or task description and it's frustrating that that always activates the shortcut system (which I otherwise love). Please consider EITHER setting this to be a lesser-typed key (like ~ or `) or letting users customize that shortcut key.
Make comments more visible in notification emails
Notification emails are showing a lot of "noise" around the content, while the content itself is not very visible. It would be nice to improve that. The newly written content - which I think is the most important part - is shown dimmed (dark gray on light gray) and much smaller than the title and colorful icons.

Probably the only feature I miss from Trello is the ability to copy checklists from other Tasks. You could choose from existing task via a browse mechanism or searching by tags, maybe? (On Trello, you search for the task to copy from by browsing from a list of tasks or searching by label.) Maybe we could even add in the option to replace an existing checklist with the one being copied, if possible? (That's something, like many things, that Trello cannot do.
