Progression-free survival for unresectable non-metastatic locally advanced pancreatic cancer after surgical microwave ablation plus durvalumab and tremelimumab: phase-2 non-randomized prospective clinical trial | Communications Medicine
Abstract Despite significant advancements in cancer immunotherapy, survival outcomes remain poor in patients with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma. In this early phase II clinical trial, we evaluated the combined effects of immunotherapy with dual immune checkpoint inhibitors durvalumab and tremelimumab, local tumor ablation with microwave energy, and gemcitabine on progression-free survival in twelve patients with non-metastatic unresectable locally advanced pancreatic adenocarcinoma.

Transcription factor NKX2–1 drives serine and glycine synthesis addiction in cancer - British Journal of Cancer
Analysis of public data Analysed RNA-Seq data for T-ALL (n = 264) were from [15], for NEPC (n = 49) from [21] and for LUAD (n = 566) from TCGA (cancergenome.nih.gov, Lung Adenocarcinoma PanCancer Atlas dataset). Only samples without known genetic alterations (amplifications, deletions, point mutations and translocations) in PHGDH, PSAT1, PSPH, SHMT1 and SHMT2 were included for further analysis.
