What does it mean to be a journalist?
To produce creative, thoughtful, truthful content which is easy to understand and can keep the intended audience engaged.
What's your favorite social network?
Twitter, but Facebook is always good for finding stories.

Ira Glass or Neil deGrasse Tyson, preferably both.
Why did you become a journalist?
I'm naturally curious and I have always loved writing. You become part of documenting history.
What advice can you offer to aspiring journalists?
Work ethic is more important than writing ability.

Anytime, any day,
When you're not at a computer, where are you most likely to be?
Walking the dog or drinking coffee with my wife.
