To seek out the important stories that need telling and to make connections that need to be made.

How do you prefer to be pitched on stories?

I've been pitched a number of ways... via email, Tumblr, Twitter... It all works for me.

What tools and software do you use to do your job?

Google Docs, Word, LiveStation, YouTube, iPhone, Tumblr, Twitter, Evernote, Instapaper, lots and lots of post-it notes
