Trudy Haywood Saunders’s Biography

I write about a variety of subjects, but I'm particularly drawn to travel, food, and features. I'm a Southern girl, born and raised in rural North Carolina, and I love telling positive stories about the great people and places that I meet in my travels.

I have written for Southern Living, Our State, Garden & Gun, Country, DeSoto Magazine, Foothills Digest, Southport Magazine, Inspiring Lives, and Faith on Every Corner.

I am also the author of two books for young adults- Bigfoot and Basketball and Terror at Town Creek, both Lannie Reese Mysteries.
