Up to that point I posted on Instagram for the past four years. - Theme pages. - Short reels reaching for views. - Long carousels about productivity. At the time, I was in a drought. Instagram shifted toward video content, and my written content wasn't pushed. The problem was that I hated video content. I posted nothing for months. Why? I went through a breakup and had zero motivation to make videos.
