Israel’s Consumer Price Index (CPI) fell by 0.5% in September in comparison with August 2026, the Central Bureau of Statistics reported this evening. In the twelve months to the end of September, the CPI rose 1.6%. The consensus analysts’ estimate was for a fall of 0.3-0.4% in September, and hence a twelve-month inflation rate of 1.7-1.8%.
Tel Aviv’s skyline is rapidly changing as new office towers go up one after another. The Beyond, Toha 2, Hasolelim, and Spiral towers are just some of the projects that are creating a new cityscape in the business district along the Ayalon Highway, while new towers are also under construction in the Diamond Exchange area of Ramat Gan and in other cities. Many of these projects are now reaching the occupancy stage, and several companies have recently moved home.
