Ubisoft is well known for bringing their various franchises together in crossover events. The latest of these is coming to Ghost Recon: Breakpoint. From tomorrow, January 21, players will be able to recruit three Rainbow Six operators to help them take on the latest live event, Amber Sky. Toxic nerve gas clouds have appeared on the island of Auroa. Nomad has learned they’ve been caused by a substance known as Amber Ruin. Since promising to overhaul Ghost Recon: Breakpoint, Ubisoft has already deployed at least two major updates. Another batch of improvements, Title Update 1.1.0, was set to go live on December 18th. Ghost Recon Breakpoint Sales Land It at Number 2 on the UK Charts
Ubisoft’s Ghost Recon: Breakpoint hit consoles and PC last week, quickly climbing the UK retail sales charts. According to GamesIndustry.biz, the tactical shooter franchise’s newest entry debuted at number two, topped by FIFA 20, which retained its number one position from the previous week. Ghostbusters: Remastered serves as the only other new release from the week ending in October 5th to enter the UK’s retail charts in the top 10.
Not All Ghost Recon Breakpoint Microtransactions Were Meant for Launch
Earlier this week, the internet became abuzz with news of Ghost Recon: Breakpoint’s featuring overly egregious microtransactions. At the title’s early access launch, an innumerable amount of time-saver items were available to purchase with real money. This included nearly every in-game item, such as skill points, XP boosters, weapon upgrades, cosmetics, and many more. According to a recent post on the Ubisoft Forums, these micotransactions launched prematurely.

Oktober 2019 um 00:01 Uhr auf PC (Uplay), PlayStation 4 und Xbox One loslegen. Im Epic Games Store auf PC geht es um 12:00 Uhr los. Käufer der normalen Version des Taktik-Shooters können den Feldzug gegen Cole D. Walker am 4.
