Hey WUS, I thought it would be interesting to discuss pillow case watch designs...I know probably the most famous or well known one is Panerai but what other brands do you know have pillow case watch designs that are just as beautiful to look at? The case measures 27mm (without crown) and the watch will fit a 6.5 inch wrist.

FS: Rolex 1024 Oyster Perpetual with rare underline dial, 1962 vintage - Beautiful shape! $2,250 USD
On offer is this wonderful, original example of a scarce 1024 with 'underline' dial. Watch is manufactured in 1962, serial number is 673,XXX (clearly legible on case). Caseback has inscription from Christmas of 1963. The silver dial is in excellent, original condition as is evident in the unfiltered photos. The original 'alpha' handset is crisp without any tritium loss. The 34mm gold capped case is crisp and shows no wear through at all. The chamfers are still sharp and very even on all 4 lugs.

FS: Hamilton 14K 34mm round, manual wind 1960's, 25grams - $695
On offer is this TZ 'EXCELLENT' condition SOLID 14K yellow gold Hamilton with an unpolished 34mm (not counting crown) round case that weighs 25 grams (with movement). The 17J manual winding movement is running and keeping excellent time however, I do not have a service history for this piece. Fitted on a period correct Hirsch crocodile strap that looks awesome on this watch.
FS: Rolex 16013 Datejust SS/18K Jubilee, White Porcelain dial - $4,500
Purging some more watches that don't get enough wrist time for the new year: this lovely Rolex 2-tone Datejust 16013 with the quickset caliber 3035 is in nice, original condition with a fairly tight (90%) SS/18K factory Jubilee bracelet with the correct clasp code of 'I 5' meaning it came with this watch from the factory back in 1984. Buckle still snaps shut tight with little to no play. Acrylic crystal is flawless. Watch runs extremely well and there are no issues.
FS: 2 ladies Omega vintage watches from 1970.
Selling some of my wife's watches that she doesn't wear anymore. Here are 2 Omega mechanical watches from around 1970. Both are gold filled. The yellow screwback automatic wind round watch is 20mm (not counting the crown) and is fitted with a 'tropic style' band. Watch is in very good condition and runs well with no issues. It is a slow set date movement. The white gold filled manual wind watch is 14mm X 17mm.
FS: Girard Perregaux Alarm watch from the late 1950's - 35mm screwback case - $695
On offer is this really cool 1950's Girard Perregaux Alarm watch in large size 35mm gold filled case (no brassing) with 17J manual wind movement that is running strong, keeping good time and has a good power reserve. All functions work as they should; alarm sets and rings loud and clear. Both crowns are original (G.P. didn't sign these crowns back in the 1950's) and show no brassing as well.
FS: Hamilton 14K cal.680 round 35mm case, 1960's in EXCELLENT condition - $695
On offer is this stunning Hamilton dress watch with a manual wind cal. 680 movement in SOLID 14K yellow gold, excellent, unpolished condition and rather large 35mm (not counting crown) for its time. Watch runs extremely well, has good power reserve and keeps excellent time (I don't have a service record). One minor scratch on caseback but I did not attempt to remove or polish it. This watch was not worn very much! Signed Hamilton crown, original plexi crystal are without any scratches or nicks.
FS: Cartier Tank Vermeil, manual wind movement - good condition - $950 firm.
On offer is the very nice, Cartier Tank 'Vermeil' in 21mm X 28mm case size with 15mm lugs. I believe this is a ladies version made in the early 80's. Watch is in good condition with minor spotting on the dial. Plating is mostly all there; crystal is free of any scratches or nicks. 17J manual wind movement is running strong and keeping good time. I have owned this for the past decade but I have never had it serviced. Sale is for watch only and it will come fitted with a nice silk band (not Cartier).
FS: Rolex 16233 SS/18K Datejust, factory Oyster band, White Porcelain Dial - $5,995
On offer is my Rolex 16233 18K/SS Datejust with 36mm case and factory heavy Oyster bracelet (12 links). Watch and bracelet are in overall excellent condition. It has been polished in the past but retains 'fat' lugs and sharp chamfers. The 12 link heavy Oyster bracelet is still tight and clasp retains a full coronet and closes tight. Watch is 'X' series and the bracelet code is 'R' which means that both case and bracelet came from Rolex factory at the same time.
FS: Seiko 6138-0011 JDM auto chronograph from 1976 - EXCELLENT COND. - $595
Selling my seldom worn Seiko 6138-0011 automatic chronograph made for the Japanese market in 1976. This is distinguished by the fact that there is no lume on the dial, hands or markers. The 44mm case is in excellent condition. The dial and crystal are also in excellent condition without any scratches, dings or imperfections. The watch runs without ANY issues, the chronograph functions work as intended and all hands reset to '0'.

FS: Omega Seamaster Jacques Mayol 22XX/2500, 28mm Stainless - EXCELLENT - $1,000
Listing (2) watches that I bought for my wife but she never wears them. As such, both are in EXCELLENT condition. This posting is for an Omega Seamaster ref. 2586.70 - made to commemorate Jacques Mayol's world record free dive back in 1998. This one is 22XX/2500, engraved on the 9 o'clock side of case and retaining all of the black enameled script. The case and bracelet 6502/830 are in excellent condition; the watch and bracelet have never been polished.

This listing is for a Lady Rolex Datejust with a beautiful and scarce white porcelain diamond dial. It is a 'K' series from 2002, unpolished and retaining all sharp chamfered lugs and crispy edges. The 26mm case (not counting the crown) is free of any dings and/or deep scratches.

Discussion Starter · #1 · 2 d ago On offer is this very special Cartier Tank with a 31mm X 23mm 'Vermeil' case that presents in 'Very Good' condition - there are a couple of very small spots of wear through that is difficult to discern. What makes this Cartier Tank so special is the dial - it is a glossy black lacquer with silvery-almost platinum colored markers and hands. I have never seen this variant before! Just beautiful and unique! The manual wind movement is running well without any issues.

Six sided case looks to be unpolished and the silver sunburst dial is mint! Watch is running within 20 seconds per day however, I do not know the service history and I highly recommend it being serviced if you plan on using it as your daily wearer. The 'top load' case is in lovely, unpolished condition as is the plastic crystal.

Swiss 17J movement that is running within 20 seconds per day. I do not know the service history (probably never been serviced as I don't think it has ever been opened) so this is an 'as is' sale with no returns. I will include a brand new, high grade black calf strap from the same time period (no buckle) with this sale.

The dial is a perfect 'silver' with stick markers and tritium dots that are all there. This watch has been serviced by a well known Rolex watchmaker (receipt will be included) and it is running like a new watch and well within COSC standards. Sale is for the watch only as there are no boxes and/or Rolex papers - just the service papers.

The model name on this is: Michele Urban Coquette Pave Diamond MW08A01H7046. The all stainless case and full length bracelet is in near-mint condition! 38mm X 23mm and the lug width is 12mm.

You rarely see these for sale because they are such a good watch! This one has a 39mm stainless screwdown caseback, screwdown crown, heavy Oyster fliplock bracelet (with all links), sapphire crystal and unidirectional bezel. The best part of this watch is the movement used: ETA 2824 with hack feature.
