What does it mean to be a journalist?
It means holding the responsibility of communicating effectively with your respective community.
How do you prefer to be pitched on stories?
If it is PR, I want money. If it is a gen-z focused community story, I want to know why and how.

Why did you become a journalist?
I became a journalist because I realized that I could use my words to make a difference and start a dialogue many fear to touch.

I take pride in all my stories. As you go through, you will see which one I care about most.
What advice can you offer to aspiring journalists?
Do it as a passion. Don't do it to crave attention. Do it because you want your voice out there.
